高校政府采购中的问题与建议
Issue and Suggestion of Government Procurement in Universities in China
摘要
Abstract
At present, the government procurement of colleges and universities is still in its infancy. First, the government procurement in university is of great significance for improving efficiency of financial expenditure. Then, we analyses the issue of the government procurement in university in recently years. These issues are as follows： purchase budget and plan had a little of blindness, purchase cycle length, purchase price, the sole of government during purchasing, and the complexity of index on purchasing. For solving above problems, we give some suggestion such as, enhancing construction of purchase group, exchange information, strengthening supervising, flexible university government procurement way, innovation of universities government purchase by network techniques.关键词
