Abstract
The different features between foreign countries and our country in personal file management are briefly analyzed;the primary problems in personal file utilization are summed up;and suggestions on the way out to the reform of personal file management are made： developing a new concept on service by opening properly personal files,establishing a new management model to fit for the reform of personnel system,building a new platform to achieve resources sharing and cultivating librarians of new abilities to exploit unique information.关键词
