Abstract
Objective To explore the expression of Jagged-1 protein and to investgate it's mechanism in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer. Methods EnVision immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of Jagged-1 protein in 60 cases of cervical cancer and 21 cases of normal cervical tissue. Results The expression rates of Jagged-1 in the cervical squamous cell carcinoma,adenocarcinoma and normal cervical tissue were 72.5% ,80.0% ,23.8% ,respectively, which were higher in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma than those in normal cervical tissue ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The increased expression of Jagged-1 protein may participate in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.关键词
