环太湖出入湖水量影响因素分析及对策措施研究

Abstract
Based on inflow and outflow data measured around Taihu Lake from 1986 to 2007, the inflow and outflow around the lake was calculated and analyzed using the area surrounding method and the correlation method, considering the quaternary division of water resources to be the statistical unit. The results show that rainfall, water resources regulation, and the change of the volume of water that users take directly from Taihu Lake are the main factors influencing the inflow and outflow around Taihu Lake. It is suggested that the water administration departments should establish and improve the water resources monitoring system, develop and implement a water allocation program for Taihu Lake, and strengthen the supervision of water use permission.关键词
