Genetic Structure and Phylogenetic Analysis of the mtDNA CO H gene in Northeastern Sika Deer
摘要
Abstract
MtDNA CO II gene fragments of three Northeastern sika deer species were amplified using PCR method.and the products were purified and sequenced.The result showed that all the mtDNA CO II gene fragments had 740bp ,and had greater amount of the A+T pairs than the G+C pairs.As a whole.the haplotype diversity was high (0.673 ~ 0.717).In a single species,aodong sika deer had a much higher genetic diversities.关键词
