摘要
Abstract
IL-2 is mainly produced by activated T lymphocyte, act as a natural immune enhancer, and being widely used in clinic. In this study, a roviIL-2 gene was generated by artificial synthesis directly and transformed in E. Coli C600- Based on this. We constructed a recombinant oviIL-2 expression vector pPIC9K-roIL2 apply to Pichia pastoris eukaryotic expression system. This study made a solid foundation for further study of eukaryotic expression and immune mechanism of roviIL-2.关键词
