Studies on Fermentation Conditions for MSL Production by Pichia pastoris
摘要
Abstract
In this article, we investigated the fermentation conditions for MSL (pPIC9K-MSL/GS1 15 production based on the base salt medium (BSM) by pichia pas tons. For the optimal fermentation conditions of Pichia pastoris growth and high level expression MSL, we made several rectifications in the components of medium, feed modes and induction time. We obtained the productive technology for MSL production by pichia pastoris in BSM.关键词
