何首乌嫩枝扦插繁殖研究
Studies on the Softwood Cutting Propagation of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.
摘要
Abstract
Softwood of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. Were used to study the effects of cutting medium, cutting crop and concentration of plant hormone (NAA) on cutting rooting. The result showed that garden soil with loose texture and rich in organic matter for cutting medium was betler than sand or yellow soil. The best cutting is one in the lower of a branch and with 2 to 3 intemodes and parietal. Soaking the cutting bass in the Somg/kgNAA solution 30 minutes could brings about the significant role in promoting rooting. High concentration is not conducive to rooting.关键词
