摘要

Abstract

Steel roof in the elevated area of Ji'nan west station on Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway is a composite structure consisting of prestressed concrete girders, structural steel concrete girders and steel tube concrete columns, with complicated joints, heavy elements and construction difficulties. All frame columns are steel tube concrete columns in corresponding positions of underground corridor extended to floor after changing their diameters. Columns above the floor are 11. 4 to 15 meters high and the overall weight of columns and trusses is 3 080 tons. Accumulative sliding of steel roof with columns refers to the construction scheme that trusses are pushed sliding by crawlers/jacks and moved to place after several times of sliding. This article focuses on steel truss sliding process especially in the perspective of control of supervisors.
