Abstract
The Yb:Y3Al5O12/Y3Al5O12 composite crystals were prepared by thermal bonding method.The bonding interface and light scattering of composite crystals were observed by atom force microscope and laser irradiation.The experiments show that high-quality composite crystals without space transition layer and light scattering on the bonding interface are obtained.The shearing strength on the bonding interface of the composite crystals is 22.63 MPa.Under the LD pump,the maximum output power and the slope efficiency of composite crystal are 722 mW and 26.7% respectively.关键词
