摘要

Abstract

The remote monitoring and control system of tyre building machine was designed based on the virtual instrument graphical development platform LabVIEW and the combination of DataSokect and OPC technology. The funtion of data acquisition,remote transmission, analysis and management can be realized in tyre building machine running process. The results show that the system is reliable in operation meanwhile efficient in data acquisition and processing. In addition, it modifies the expansibility of the system effectively, shorten the development cycle and reduces the cost of production.
