Research on index system of therapeutic effect of TCM in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To establish an index system to evaluate the efficacy of TCM in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and use it in clinic to test the effect. [Methods] A questionnaire was made. It included five aspects: information of four diagnosis of TCM, quality of life, psychology, disease scales and patient-reported outcomes. Then a locale-survey was performed in three hospitals to get the clinical data. [Results] There were 33 items included in the questionnaire, which had satisfactory results in items analysis, reliability evaluation, validity evaluation and responsibility test. [Conclusion] It is a feasible way to establish an index system to evaluate the efficacy of TCM through integrating several clinical data.关键词
