抵挡汤对2型糖尿病患者血管内皮功能影响的临床研究
Clinical research on effect of Didang decoction on endothelial function in patients with type 2 diabetes
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To observe the effect of Didang decoction on endothelial function in patients with type 2 diabetes. [Methods] We selected type 2 diabetes patients in ray hospital from Jan to Dec of 2009. Endothelium-dependent dilation (FMD and inner diameter of brachial) and blood concentrations of endothelium-related factors (NO, ET-1) were measured before and after treatment. [Results] After treatment, both FMD and serum concentrations of NO were significantly increased in Didang decoction group, while plasma concentrations of ET-1 were decreased. [Conclusion] Didang decoction can improve endothelium function in patients with type 2 diabetes, and its possible mechanisms may be involved in regulating endothelium-related factors.关键词
