针药结合治疗持续性躯体形式疼痛障碍的对照研究
Study of acupuncture combined with paroxetine on durative somatoform pain disorder

Abstract
[Objective] To validate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with paroxetine in treating durative somatoform pain disorder. [Methods] Eighty-six patients with durative somatoform pain disorder were randomly divided into two groups: acupuncture combined with paroxetine group and paroxetine alone group. Before treatment and in the 2, 4 and 8 week after treatment, pain, dumps, anxiety and the adverse effects were measured according to SF-MPQ, HAMD, HAMA and TESS standards respectively. [Results] In the 8 week after treatment, the differences of the total substrative rate of PPI had statistical significance and the differences of the total substrative rate of HAMD, HAMA had no statistical significance between these two groups; In the 4 and 8 week after treatment significant differences of the scores of HAMD and HAMA were found when compared with pre-treatment parameters in the treatment group (P<0.05, P<0.01); In the control group, on the days of 4 and 8 week after treatment significant differences of the scores of HAMD were obtained when compared with pre-treatment determinations (P<0.05, P<0.01). Significant differences of HAMA scores in the control group were also found compared with pre-treatment parameters in the 2,4, and 8 week after treatment (P<0.05, P<0.01). [Conclusion] Acupuncture combined with paroxetine is effective in the treatment of durative somatoform pain disorder.关键词
