软肝化纤丸对大鼠长期毒性实验研究
Long-term toxicity study of Ruanganhuaxian pills in rats

Abstract
[Objective] To observe the long-term toxicity in rats after oral administration of Ruanganhuaxian pills. [Methods] Ruanganhuaxian pills were orally administered to rats at the dosage of 3.0, 1.5 g/(kg·d), continuously for 26 weeks. At the end of the administration and four weeks after it, parameters of body weight, hematology, hematological biochemics, organ/body weight ratio and pathohistology were detected. [Results] Rats from all dosage groups developed normally. No treatment-related abnormal change was observed and no toxic pathological change of pathomorphology occurred in the main organs of the rats. [Conclusion] Ruanganhuaxian pills has low long-term toxicity with the organs, toxicity target organ is not found, and it can be safely used in clinic.关键词
