摘要
Abstract
Acetic acid is an important bulk commodity chemical and iridium-complex catalyst was an recently developed important catalyst for acetic acid synthesis by carbonylation of methanol. The commercialization, influence factors, catalytic mechanism and shortcomings of the iridium-catalyzed methanol carbonylation process for the production of acetic acid and the potential alternative approaches avoiding the problems of the iridium-catalyzed process were introduced. Long-term research goal for acetic acid synthesis was also given.关键词
