摘要

Abstract

Mechanisms of generating impurities in ethylene glycol produced by hydrogenation of oxalate and the effects of the impurities on UV value of the product were analyzed. General methods for improving UV value of coal-based ethylene glycol, such as physical adsorption and chemical treatment, were introduced, and their advantages and disadvantages were also analyzed.
