基于植物水分生理的节水灌溉效果评估
Effect Evaluation of Water Saving Irrigation Based on Water Physiological Characteristics

Abstract
In new-cultivated oasis,by taking main tree species(Populus russkii Jabl.) of backbone shelterbelt as the research object.Under A and B irrigation treatments,simultaneous monitoring stem sap flow,shoots water potential and photosynthetic characteristics,and combined with the data of meteorological factors,analysis and comparison the water physiological characteristics of the P.russkii Jabl.under the 2 kinds of irrigation treatments.The results showed that: Compare with A,B treatment,the stem sap flow speed was lower,the daily average decreased by 4.7%,but the differences were not significant(Sig.0.10);Two treatments shoots water potential of the P.russkii Jabl.had no significant difference by test(Sig.0.142);Under A treatment the P.russkii Jabl.leaf net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),instantaneous transpiration rate(Tr),water use efficiency(WUE) were higher than the B treatment's.Comprehensive analysis of that A treatment had a remarkable effect on,water saving,and could meet the water needs of the P.russkii Jabl.in the study area,and over-irrigation would adversely affect the P.russkii Jabl.;Plant sap flow,water potential and other water physiological characteristics indicators could do as a scientific basis for water-saving irrigation.关键词
