干旱胁迫对文心兰抗氧化酶活性和渗透调节物质含量的影响
Effects of drought stress on activity of antioxidant enzymes and osmotic adjustment substances content in oncidium

Abstract
In this paper, young seedlings and mature plants of oncidium (Oncidium Gower Ramsey 'Gold 2') were studied in drought stress under pot culture experiments simulating different soil water regimes. And then, the change of activity of antioxidant enzymes and osmotic adjustment substances content in the leaves under drought stress were measured. Results show that 'Gold 2' has a certain extent ability of drought resistance. Under drought stress, the relative water content and relative electrolyte leakage changed slowly. Meanwhile, activity of both superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) were maintained a certain level. At the same time, soluble sugar and free proline content continue to increase. These results indicate that 'Gold 2' has the strong adaptability to drought stress.关键词
