Abstract
An Indexes System about the motivator for technology personnel is discussed and the manipulation refine- ment is made. Based on this, the weight of the motivators is calculated with the ANP （analytic network process） method for the purpose of giving an order of the importance on the incentive for technology personnel.关键词
