Countermeasure Study to Construct Sci-Tech Innovation System of County Agriculture
摘要
Abstract
The Sci-Tech Innovation System of county agriculture is an important part of national agricultural Sci-Tech Innovation System. This paper expounds the necessity of Sci-Tech Innovation System of county agriculture construction. Based on the analysis of present situation and problems of the Sci-tech Innovation System of county agriculture construction, some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward including reform of agricultural Sci-Tech Innovation System, financial input, talents training and development, risk security mechanism, construction of system for agricultural extension and intermediate service.关键词
