摘要

Abstract

The saturated water vapor pressure is an extremely important parameter in the calculation of the drying process. For the solar low-temperature drying, five formulas of saturated water vapor pressure at 30℃ to 100℃ were fitted using Matlab in this paper. Their accuracy was compared with other two widely used formulas. It show that the formulas fitted in this paper are better.
