Review on development and their basic design of thickeners
摘要
Abstract
Based on the research discovery,it is obvious that sedimentation process undertakes an important role in both domestic application and industrial production procedure. And thickener is a typical equipment of this process. It has been applied in several aspects such as water treatment,chemical industry,pharmaceutical industry and mineral industry etc.This paper reviews the relevant literature and the different types and basic operation methods of thickeners. Moreover, the representative calculation methods which involve the design and selection of suitable thickener will be discussed.关键词
