以二乙醇胺为核聚酰胺胺树形分子的合成及表征
Synthesis and characterization of polyamidoamine dendrimers using diethanolamine as core
摘要
Abstract
Polyamidoamine (PAMAM) dendrimers possess unique structural features such as symmetry with hyperbranced formation, various inner cavities and functional terminal with multiple groups, and thus have broad application perspectives in the fields of analytical technology,catalyst, thin film coating, biomedicine and so on. In this paper,diethanolamine is used as the starting core to synthesize PAMAM dendrimer of generations 0. 5 through 2, by employing unilateral divergent method. The obtained dendrimer compounds are characterized by 1H NMR and FT-IR.关键词
