Abstract
The large and medium-sized hydropower engineering construction in our country are conditioned by many aspects which are area limit, poor road condition, the undulation of market price, hard-to-get market resource and so on, these bring superior effect to the security ability of materials supplying, the control of materials quantity, cost control and job schedule control. Consequently, catching the source of materials supplying, it means that reinforce the management of materials supplier is essential for some aspects which are the quantity, schedule, cost control of whole project construction, and the various risks of materials supplying in the project construction. The thesis analyses the problems and difficulties of the management strategy on the materials supplying by the owner of large and medium-sized hydropower engineering construction in our country, combines the supplier management strategy of Xi Luodu Hydropower Station, investigates the importance and effective measures that enhance the materials supplier management of large and medium-sized hydropower engineering construction.关键词
