摘要

Abstract

SiO/C composite anode material with high capacity, high cycling stability for lithium ion battery is synthesized by high-energy mechanical milling and subsequent heat treatment using silicon-monoxide and citric acid as raw materials. The phase composition and micro morphology of the composite material are investigated by the X-ray diffractometer(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM), indicating nano-sized SiO particles was coated by pyrolytic carbon with porous feature. SiO/C composite electrode presents excellent electrochemical performance with reversible capacity as high as 803.1 mA·h/g and capacity retention rate of 89% after 100 cycles.
