Application of Near Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy to Identifying Dipsacus Plant Taxonomy

Abstract
A new method for identification of Dipsacus asperoides C. Y. Cheng et T. M. Ai from Dipsacus Plant Taxonomy by near infrared reflectance spectroscopy is put forward. The PLSDA model established on the MSC and SD spectraes is used to identify Dipsacus asperoides C. Y. Cheng et T. M. Ai from Dipsacus atropurpureus C. Y. Cheng et T. M. Ai, Dipsacus japonicus Miq. , Dipsacus daliensis T. M. Ai, Dipsacus enshiensis C. Y. Cheng et T. M. Ai, Dipsacus fulingensis C. Y. Cheng et T. M. Ai. Results The method can identify Dipsacus asperoides C. Y. Cheng et T. M. Ai from Dipsacus Plant Taxonomy. This method is rapid, accurate and simple; it can be used in the identification of Dipsacus asperoides C. Y. Cheng et T. M. Ai.关键词
