摘要
Abstract
Objective To invesligale the dislribulion and influenlial factors of serum high sensilivily C - reaclive protein ( hs - CRP)in part of elhnic minorities living in plaleau. Methods In survey during the period of 2008 Lo 2010,a total of 312 hospitalized ethnic minority patients( males 152 ,females106) received examination of hs - CRP. They were divided into heallhy and sick groups Lo compare their hs - CRP levels belween different age and gender. Results The concenlralions of hs - CRP increased with age in both males and females (P <0. 05). Serum hs - CRP was higher in females≥50y than in males(P <0. 05) . Mulliple linear regression a-nalysis showed lhal concenlralions of hs - CRP were positively associated wilh gender, age, syslolic blood pressure ,body mass index, lolal cholesterol ,Iriglycerides, fasling blood glucose,hislory of coronary heart disease, and slroke hislory ,bul concenlralions of hs - CRP were inversely relaled wilh diaslolic blood pressure, high - density lipoprolein cholesterol. Conclusions Serum concenlralions of hs - CRP level in part of elhnic minorilies living in plaleau increase wilh age; concenlralions of hs - CRP are higher in females≥50y lhan in males;a variely of cardiovascular faclors affecl the concenlralions of hs - CRP.关键词
