膝骨关节炎患者平衡功能下降的影响因素分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To invesligale the major Influenlial factors of declined balance funclion in the elderly palienls with knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods Eighty - nine elderly palienls wilh KOA were tested wilh visual analogue pain scale (VAS) , limits of slabilily ( LOS) , reaction lime ( RT) , knee joint posilion sense, and isokinelic muscle slrenglh. At the same lime, their basic demographic informalion and the unaffecled knees'radiological grades were collected. Results Under the premise of the age as a controlling faclors, after the Pearson partial correlation analysis, we found that the total LOS score was closely correlated wilh the unaffecled knees'factors such as VAS scores, RT, total response lime (TRT) , the reposilion accuracy error mean and 60o of peak torque (P <0. 05). And then after the multiple regression analysis, we found that the unaffected knees'reposilion accuracy error mean, 60o of peak torque and RT among the above factors were major faclors of the lotal LOS score (P <0. 001). Conclusions Overweighl, knee pain, course of knee osteoarlhritis,and knees'radiological grades are not major influential faclors that result in the declined balance function in the elderly patienls with KOA. Compared wilh the balance funclion of the elderly people without KOA, that of the elderly palienls' wilh KOA is worse. Whereas decreased lower extremily muscle strenglh resulting from knee pain, proprioceplion loss and slower sense reaction to new stimuli resulting from affected knee are ihe main characteristic influential faclors of the declined balance funclion in the KOA palients.关键词
