基于DSP的图像处理技术在制药工业在线检测中的应用OA
DSP-based Image Processing Technology Applied to Online Detection of Pharmaceutical Industry
针对制药工业中药片或胶囊的包装经常会出现漏装、缺损、污渍、漏粉等问题，提出了一种基于数字信号处理器DSP的药片包装在线检测新方法，并采用I／O口译码方法克服了DSP数据存储空间大小的限制，同时给出了硬件调试的基本方法。该应用系统可得到比较理想的结果，与目前已经采用的方法相比，具有处理速度快、实时性高、体积小、价格低等优势。
For solving the problems of missing tablets, stain and powder leakage of medicine tablets or capsules packaging in pharmaceutical industry, a new online detection method of DSP-based tablets packaging is proposed, which overcomes the limitations of data storage space of DSP using I/0 code interpretation method.
