Scaling law of quantum Hall plateau-to-plateau transition in single layer graphene
摘要
Abstract
Scaling law of quantum Hall plateau-to-plateau transition in single layer graphene is studied in a temperature range from 2 K to 50 K.We find that the scaling exponent κ is not universal.In a low temperature range,κ is about 0.13,while in a high temperature range,κ is about 0.33.The result indicates the dominance of long range scattering in graphene.关键词
