Abstract
To seek the inherent nature and potential applications of perovskite oxide heterostructures, great efforts have been made in the past few years. In this review paper, we summarize our systematic theoretical study on a variety of novel properties of the perovskite oxide heterojunctions, including the revealing of the physical origins behind the unusual positive magnetoresistance and the lateral photovoltage in La0.9Sr0.1MnO3/SrNb0.01Ti0.9903
heterostructures. The theoretical model we present will be helpful for understanding the important role that the interface plays in determining the properties of the perovskite oxide heterostructures.关键词
