Abstract
The correct cognition ＂universal democratic＂ must distinguish two core concepts： universal democratic principles and universal democratic road. Ecumenical democratic principles result in why western democracy needs study; without universal democratic path, there would never make western democracies into practice; this is the inevitable choice for China to go socialism democratic way with Chinese characteristics.关键词
