Abstract
Librarians obtaining humanistic solicitude from university libraries refers to that in the theoretical research and working practice, university libraries should adhere to librarian - oriented principle, emphasize the role of librarians and satisfy their rational appeals, and in addition, from the perspective of the principle of showing them respect, love and care, libraries provide them a superior and harmonious working environment, so that their enthusiasm and creativity can be mobilized and activated, to develop the libraries.关键词
