Grey Situation Decision Based on the University Library Construction Project Scheme Selection
摘要
Abstract
There is lack of proven methods in the selection of the construction project, so it is difficult to be scientific and rational in the university capital construction. Hence it is hard to select the preferred one among the similar schemes. Grey decision as a combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation method is the use of objective polarity to calculate the effect measure, according to the calculated measure of the combined effect of the space to determine the optimal scheme. It proves to be the more scientific and rational choosing method.关键词
