摘要

Abstract

In high-speed Printed Circuit Boards, due to the large number of vias leading to serious distortion of the signal. The effects of the vias on the high-speed signals was analyzed firstly, and then the signal quality was analyzed after adding decoupling capacitors around the vias. The results show that adding decoupling capacitors around the vias can effectively reduce the simultaneous switching noise ( SSN), besides, the peak fluctuations of signals can be reduced and the signal quality is improved.
