摘要
Abstract
Against to the intricacy and high cost of traditional AGC circuit,new AGC schemes based on transistor are designed,including dual transistors control scheme and single transistor control scheme.Their working principles are analyzed.The high dynamic VGA model based on cascaded AD603 is deduced.The AGC circuits are designed based upon these feedback control schemes and the VGA model.The Test results of physical AGC circuits are given.By analyzing results,the characters of the above two schemes are compared.关键词
