Abstract
Call center technology relates to many kinds such as computer telephony integration, database and switching ,and it is an important way to provide service for customers. This paper mainly discusses bow to use the call center technology into the construction of community health information system, and gives an algorithm of queueing model based on linear weighted priority.关键词
