Abstract
The paper introduces the network model and transmission frame format of IEC60870-5-103 communication protocol, as well as the design of the new microcomputer based protection device, which is based on DSP and ARM. It discusses the implement of the 103 communication protocol in computer-control protection equipment.关键词
