Abstract
In general, software engineer adopts a method of using two sets of code and database or one set of code and two sets of resource files to develop Chinese-English bilingual website. The method has several insufficiencies, that is, costing more software and hardware resource, not able to separate code from infomation. Therefor it is difficult to maintain the website. To resolve these shortcomings, we put forward a method using one set of code and database to realize Chinese-English bilingual website by database and program design. Results from experiments show that, based on this mode, maintainability and development cost of software are improved.关键词
