Abstract
Though analysis the problems of the existing power dispatching system, and be aimed at the characteristics and needs of the power dispatching system business under the background of smart grid, this paper proposes a solution of multimedia dispatching system that based on multi-service communication and exchange platform. The solution consists of implementation of four functions such as voice over IP dispatching function, data function, video function, and intercommunicate function with existing dispatching system. The solution has achieved the voice, video and data communications capabilities, greatly improves the flexibility of dispatching business, and has important reference value at development of power dispatching exchange system and application of soft-switch technology in power dispatching system.关键词
