摘要

Abstract

This paper analyzes the semantic information of tennis video. According to the characteristics of palyer's rest time and the ways of the Court-frames switching, this paper puts forward the concept of charge into one frame and uses user-defined frame switching temporal difference for the commercial localization. This paper also designs a commercial localization system with Java development. The experiment results of four tennis videos show that this method of commercial localization is quite ideal.
