摘要
Abstract
Based on the analysis of major influencing factors of college graduate employment,the evaluation model of college graduate employment prospect is established by means of relevant theory of analytic hierarchy process.This model reflects the influencing weight of various major factors on the employment prospect of present college graduates,such as society,individuals,family and university,and makes a comprehensive evaluation on the prospects of graduates.And then,all-round dynamic forecast and process control for employment prospect of graduates are carried out so as to strengthen the employment instruction of college graduates and improve the primary rate of employment for college graduates.关键词
