摘要
Abstract
The comprehensive space classification is carried out from three dimensions of ＂town space organization relationship＂ ,＂ regional natural ecological condition＂ ,and ＂town development level＂ ,which can divide the small towns in Shaanxi province into three types： one driven by the central city, one of self - organizing development, and one of guided development in backward area. In addition, discnssions about the selection and implementation of developing modeare made, providing policy references for Government decision.关键词
