Abstract
In recent years, the problems of public erosion, caused by the self - interest of governance innovation behavior of Chinese local governments and the lacks of the long - range nature and systematicness in innovation, are becoming increasingly prominent, which makes local governments face many difficulties at the aspects of governance and innovation. Therefore, in order to solve these problems, it is necessary not only to transform the concept about governance innovation of local governments and the function of governments, but also to strengthen the construction of government innovation staff team,remold the internal governance mechanism of governments, foster and develop the strong civil society, build up the multi - center cooperative governance mode under the three - dimension frame of government, market and civil society, and thus promote the effective development of governance innovation of Chinese local governments.关键词
