摘要
Abstract
It is emphasized that people should rediscover ＂emotion, reason,law＂ and explore their reasonable factors. Then the analysis focuses on the value of the combination of ＂ emotion, reason, law＂ in realizing the localization of law system, guaranteeing the judicial fairness, and strengthening the judgment implementation. At last,it is suggested to apply ＂emotion, reason, law＂ sensibly in the practice of legislation and judicature.关键词
