新型原油破乳剂SYC-201的研制及在天赐湾集输站的应用

Abstract
The crude oil in Tianciwan gathering station is characterized by long storage time,low water cut of 3% ~5% and great temperature varying range. There are several defects in the dewatering process of crude oil. For example,the demulsifying agent used in present has low dewatering efficiency,dewatering time is long,the dosage of demulsifying agent is great and the water content of the de-watered oil is still high. In order to overcome the defects of the traditional demulsifying agent,a new type of demulsifying agent,named SYC-201 is developed by orthogonal experiments. Laboratory experiment results show that the optimal crude material ratio of the demulsifying agent is m( YP-02): m (AP221):m (SP169) = 8:2= 3,the optimal use temperature is 35℃ and the optimal dosage is 280 mg/ L. Under the optimal conditions,the water content of the dewatered crude oil is 0.16% in 120 min.the interface between water and oil is tidy,and the separated water is clear. Therefore,the dehydration ability of the demulsifying agent SYC-201 is good. The field test results show that,the average water content of the dewatered oil by SYC-201 is 0. 10% when the average dosage of SYC-201 is 228 mg/ L,which meets the requirement of SY 7513-1988 lower than 0.5%. The demulsifying agent can be applied in field.关键词
