摘要

Abstract

Drug dependence is a serious social and biomedical problem. Although a growing body of evidence has shown that drug dependence is closely related to dopamine receptors and their signal pathway, the exact mechanism underlying this effect has not been fully understood yet. Impulsivity has been suggested to be a behavioral marker of the propensity to take addictive drugs. Recent studies indicate that impulsivity plays a significant role in the development of cocaine dependence, but its mechanism in dependence of other drugs has not been established. To improve the existing research methods and ideas, interactions between impulse behavior and dopamine system should be studied. It will provide an important basis for genetics of drug dependence and lay a solid foundation for developing optimal pharmacological treatment and new strategies for drug dependence.
