Abstract
Objective; To evaluate the curative effect of automatic ligation of hemorrhoids (RPH) plus injection of sclerosing agent in treating mild - moderate hemorrhoids. Methods: The clinical material of 73 cases of mild -moderate hemorrhoids were analyzed retrospectively. The curative effects, complications and satisfaction degree of patients were observed. Results; The average operation duration was 12 minutes. All symptoms of mild -moderate hemorrhoids were improved. The patients were followed up for 6 months and no complications were found. The recovery rate was 91. 8% ,and the effective rate was 100% . Conclusion: Automatic ligation of hemorrhoids plus injection of sclerosing agent is efficacious for hemorrhoids and no need of anesthesia and hospitalization. The procedure is simple and painless without any complications.关键词
