Callus Induction and Bud Differentiation of Paeonia suffruticosa Petal

Abstract
The petals of Paeonia suffruticosa were used as explants in this experiment to examine the roles of plant hormones combinations for callus formation and shoot differentiation. The results showed that plant hormones exhibited different impacts on the callus induclion and shoot differentiation. The best plant hormone combinations for callus induction were MS+2,4-D 2. 0 mg ? L-1 +6-BA 1. 5 mg ? L-1 +NAA 0. 3 mg ? L-1 and MS+ZT 0. 5 mg ? L-1 +6-BA 2. 0 mg ? L-1 was the best plant combination for callus differentiation,the rate of callus differentiation was 59. 0%.关键词
